Ingredients Piknik Simitlik flour:
10 Kg.
Water: 5lt.
Salt: 180 gr.
Yeast: 250gr.
Sugar: 100gr.
1- All the ingredients are kneaded by putting them in
the dough caldron until they become dough.(It lasts
about 20-25min.) The crisp dough must be hard.
2- After the dough baked it is waited at about 30-60min.
3- The waited dough is cut as wanted and by rolling
its wick is fastened.
4- The wicked dough is boiled by putting it in the molasses.
By taking it with a strainer scoop they are shaped by
putting sesame.
5- When the dough in the ladle is big enough it is baked
in the oven by using wood.
6- Baking lasts 20-25 min.
7- Note: To have the molasses water it is boiled in
the fire.
