Ingredients
Süper Lüks: 1 Kg.
Eggs: 3
Wet yeast: 50gr.
Salt: 10 gr.
Sugar-Cheese:15 gr.
Parsley: 1/4 bunch


Open the flour like a pool in a deep pot. Add the egg, sugar ,salt, yeast, and a little warm water in it and wait. Make the mixture as dough and put it aside for about 20min.by covering it with a cloth. Make little macaroons. Enlarge it like a thin layer of dough. Crush the cheese and slice the parsleys very small and mix. Fill them in the thin layer of dough and close. Bake it in 150C at about 20 min.
