1- Flour and other components are kneaded in the kneading
caldron until they become bright.( about 20-25min.).
After the kneading finished the dough is cut as 170gr.macaroon.They
are put aside in the fridge and become yeast.
2- After this period, the dough is enleraged.On it,
tomatoes sauce, sausage, cheeses, olive and green pepper
are put and separated.
3- After spreading , this dough is baked in 300C at
about 5-7 min.It is served after the baking.
