1- Flour, water and salt is kneaded and rested 10 min.
2- The rested dough is reknesded and is rested 15min
more
3- The rested dough is divided into 5 equal pieces and
becomes as spherichalpiece.
4- The flaky pastry is softened with sunflower oil .It
is rested for 90 min.The rest of the oil is put on the
rest 5 equal parts.
5- The counter is oiled. The macaroon is put on the
tray as rolled. The other macaroons Are also put as
5 pieces on the others. It is rested for 60min.and cooked
in 250-degree oven about 35-40min.After getting a little
bit cold it is served by applying powder sugar on it.
