Ingredients
Süper Lüks: 3 Kg.
Water: 1900 gr.
Salt: 80gr.
Oil: 450gr.
Sunflower oil: 100 gr.
Filling
Onion( sliced): 600 gr.
Meat: 400gr.
Salt: 15gr.
Black pepper: 5gr.
Red pepper: 10gr.
1- Flour, water, salt is kneaded together and it is rested
for 10 min.After that it is rested again for 15 min.
2- The rested dough is divided into 12 equal pieces and
become spherical piece. The flaky pastry is softened with
sunflower oil. It is waited for 15min.The rest of the
oil is divided into 6 equal pieces and is put to 6 units
macaroon and is waited for 90min.
3- The counter is oiled and the macaroon is enlarged by
hand. The meat is put in it. The phyllo is shapened and
put in the tray and cooked 35-40 min.in 250-degree oven.
