Ingredients
Tekfil flour : 1 Kg.
Oil: 500 gr.
Powder sugar:250 gr.
Baking powder: 30 gr.
Semolina: 200 gr.
Egg: 4 units
Syrup:
Sugar: 2kg
Water: 2 lt.
Lemon: 1/2 Lemon
Knead all the material by opening the middle of the flour
until having dough. Make spherical objects as big as a
walnut with this dough. Give shapes to this dough. Put
the sweets into the tray and by putting distance between
them and cook it at about 20min. in 160-170 degree. Pour
the sherbet you prepared before on the kalburabasti.
Note: If the sweet or the syrup is cold the pieces
cannot be sweeted.
