Ingredients
Super Luks:
1 Kg.
Water: 500 ml.
Salt: 40 gr.
Oil: 50 gr.
1- Flour, water and salt is mixed
and becomes dough.( paste) This dough is cut as 250
gr. Each and rested 60min.by covering it Two dough each
of them is 250 gr. is enlarged with the rolling pin
as big as a plate and 40-50 gr. Of softened oil is put
between.
2- To prevent the oil come out the sides of the dough
is pressed. By applying oil and softened oil it is rested.
The dough is opened on the marble after resting for
1-2 hours. It is spreaded on the marble by pulling from
its sides.( oiled marble)
3- The dough like a sheet is folded equally as rectangle.
By doing rolls 1 meters wick is prepared and put on
the tray. After the resting of 1-2- hours all the pieces
are arranged as 10 pieces on the tray. It is cooked
15-20min. in 240-250 degree.
